Taking Our Place On The West End Stage!

Taking our place on the West End stage!

We know it’s been a tough two years, but now we have something very exciting for our students to look forward to.

On Sunday 5th February 2023, our Razzamataz Sheffield students will take to the West End stage at the Shaftesbury Theatre for a gala performance, celebrating our love for the performing arts industry.

On 8th December 2019, we took 50 of our students to London to perform at the Razzamataz showcase at Her Majesty’s Theatre. This opportunity was incredible for our students as they performed on a West End stage to a sold out theatre! We were incredibly proud of our “Addams Family” and our “Fame” cast and we can’t wait to do it all again at the Shaftesbury Theatre in 2023.
How will Performing Arts help your child?
  • Studies have indicated that children who participate in Performing Arts can enjoy improved performance in more traditionally academic subjects such as mathematics and English.
  • Better short-term memory.
  • Improvement in planning, organising and completing tasks in the classroom.
  • Develops creative problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to listen, retain information and act accordingly.
  • Thinking ‘outside the box’.
What do our students think?
This is feedback from Senior student Grace following her first singing lesson when moving up to Seniors…
“The session with Paige was amazing and such a confidence boost, Paige is a genius! It was so clever how she encouraged us to belt out the song & not worry about what anyone else thought – it felt amazing!!!”
