Razzamataz Theatre Schools Sheffield launched in September 2012 with 50 children and now has over 350 students attending their classes every Saturday. The school has grown from strength to strength and due to the high demand for their classes they are now launching sessions for ages 4-8 on a Thursday evening. |
Their high quality tuition comprises of equal emphasis on dance, drama and singing looking at both Musical Theatre and Commercial styles of performance. They aim to develop a child’s confidence, help them make new friends and most importantly have fun through performing arts. Free Taster SessionRazzamataz are celebrating the launch of their new classes with a free taster session on Thursday 2nd March: Classes will be held at Meadowhead School, Dyche Lane, S8 8BR, there are very limited places available so sessions must be booked in advance. What do our customers think?“My youngest daughter started in the Razz Minis class and has just moved up to the Razz Junior class as she loves it so much. There is always an end of year performance, which showcases sections from lots of different shows, such as Wizard of Oz, Matilda and Hairspray to name a few, and their practising revolves around this, and means they have something to work towards, as well as getting to watch the older children perform which they love! My daughter had lots of issues with her confidence before she started here and it has played a big role in her confidence being built up, she chose Razzamataz to host her birthday party last year as she loves it so much. “My daughter (9) first tried Razz as an after school club and really enjoyed it. She’s now started attending a Saturday morning Inters class and loves it. She didn’t know anyone at all when she started but was nurtured from the moment she stepped through the door and quickly made friends. She’s not particularly theatrical but really enjoys the sessions and the fact they incorporate modern pop songs as well as musicals really appeals.
