Awards Day success!

Awards Day success!

What a fantastic day we had on the last week of term for our end of year award ceremony celebrating student successes. Our Lower School had a disco and our Upper School had a West End workshop, with SIX Queen Jen Caldwell.

Student of the Year

We would like to say a huge well done to our Student of the Year Award winner.. Ashton Clarke!

This award is dedicated to Rebecca Rennie and it is always a privilege to be able to give this award to someone who represents everything this award stands for.

“Ashton really has been the prime example of an all rounder this year. He has developed his skills in all 3 disciplines. Not only does he give 100% in every class, he brings so much more to our school. First and foremost the team have witnessed Ashton being kind, caring and thoughtful to other students not to mention having his class and our team in stitches on a regular basis. We have also seen a huge growth in Ashton’s confidence this year, pushing himself further than he thought he could in our West End piece. We all couldn’t be prouder of Ashton and know he will go very far. says Principal, Helen Bell.

Performer of the Year
Our Performer of the Year goes to ….. Poppy Bell!

The energy and fire from every performance Poppy delivers is why she has been awarded Performer of the Year. Poppy has a mature approach to rehearsals, takes every note and applies it to every facet of her performance. There is no doubt they have a bright performance career ahead of them

Mini/Intro of the Year
This award is one of the hardest to choose as all of our Minis students work incredibly hard.
This year our Mini of the Year Award went to …..  Jessica Brown.

Jessica would be in tears and struggle to come into class without her mum. She wouldn’t contribute to class verbally either. Fast forward a year and she is smiling as she enters our class with ease. She always has her hand up and her knowledge is fantastic. Jessica has come so far in this last year and this is shown through her confidence which has grown massively!

Razz Project Intense
We were also delighted to recognise the progression in our Razz Project Intense classes with our two Outstanding Achievement Awards going to Mia & Romina.

Mia sets such a brilliant example of good listening and focus in class. She is really eager to learn and improve each class.

Romina you wow us every week with your commitment, drive and passion for performing. You truly are born to perform and have so much potential. We are so excited to watch you reach new heights!

We’re also shouting out to all our award winners who received Best Achievement in either Dance, Drama or Singing. We are so proud of your progress this year!
We also awarded some of our longest standing students who have been part of the family for 5+ years. We are so proud they have chosen to be members of the Razzamataz family for such a long time and feel privileged to have them. Thank you for having fun with us every Saturday and for being such amazing students!

Not forgetting all our other amazing students who received their Certificates of Achievement, check out our social media for our class photos!
